Early bird / Regular

Registration for Eurosteel 2023 is possible from 15 th September 2022. The deadline for early-bird registration (600 euro) is 15th June 2023. After that date registration is still possible, but at the regular rate (650 euro). For engineers and researchers younger than 35 years, the regular fee is 450 euro. The early-bird registration fee for young engineers and researchers is 400 euro.

(*) All presenters, except invited speakers, are required to register no later than the 15th of July 2023 to secure the presentation in the program. After this date, we cannot guarantee the presentation on stage and publication in the conference proceedings.

Participation in the conference, including entrance badge and the program, coffee/tea/refreshments and lunch, and entrance to the get-together event on Tuesday evening, are included in the registration fee. No more than two papers can be presented by one registered participant.

VAT

All prices are VAT excluded.

  1. Visitors from outside the Netherlands will receive an invoice without VAT if they provide us with the VAT-number of their company or institution. Please fill in the VAT-number in the appropriate form field.
  2. Private persons will have to pay VAT.

Registration form

Participation in the gala dinner (120 euro) during the conference and the post-conference event (100 euro) can be indicated in the registration form by clicking the boxes.

After registration with this form you will receive an invoice. Paying for admission is demanded before the start of the event.
